How to Prevent Burnout?
One big thing that I've been really working to squash is the feeling of guilt that comes with burnout. When I'm approaching burnout status, like you know, my work is sloppier and I don't feel as productive. And then there's this like wave of guilt and the guilt almost makes me want to like put more effort in even though my body is telling me we're running out of energy. If it's not managed, it's lose lose situation. So if today is not a good day, I just let myself take it off. Like I just know that's my formula that works for me. Absolutely.
