I'd Like to See More Freedom of Expression on Twitter
He intends to have more freedom of expression on twitter, and i think he's earnest in that. He has talked about a guide line, or rough guide line, of making approximately ten % of liberals at the most extreme upset and ten percent of conservatives. On my view, you should be making these decisions not based on any sort of quantitative standard. That's a version of the old fallacy of appeal to the crowd in a certain way.
