Home Equity

Home equity is one of, for most households, as one of the most important sources of saving. The other thing we mention briefly, especially at the beginning, is covid. We just don't know what's going to happen with it. Is there any modelling we can do? Because i know if i was trying to make this decision right now, covid would loom large in my mind.
