Kyle Davies was on CNBC yesterday. Like, how do you bring that guy on CNBC? That's a joke. They're trying to run with the narrative that Alameda used their visibility into FTX's trading book to target them and their positions. But it's become very obvious that they were taking out on securitized loans and... Well, but it's also like, well, where did three arrows capital money go? I'd be like, show me the trades. Show me where you lost money. And that's what a restructuring attorney is going to have to do.
