I think sometimes a lot of people are also holding so much in, which we are not even aware of. I love running if I do have like the physical energy because it takes me out of my head,. And it can be like a really good cathartic release. Don't procrastinate things, do what I should every day. Also telling myself that I've done enough, even if I don't believe it.
