"I think that what's happened with school choice in recent years like the corona virus pandemic really discredited the universities," he says. "Some some schools might just accept merit they might use this you could imagine just a few using the supreme court decision as an excuse uh to just go all in on merit" The board of regents is appointed by republican governor right and the state legislature has the power of the purse so this is much much much easier to control um than harvard is, she adds.
