Push-Dose Pressures Are Not for Hypotension

In ICUs a lot of the time they don't even have any availability of these medications on the floor, on the unit. In Janice General a stat call to the pharmacy will get you your medications within 45 minutes. That's not acceptable for some patients. And so maybe we shouldn't say push-dose pressures are for hypotension anymore. They're for critically low perfusion.
