What Piece of Wisdom Would You Offer to Um 30 Year Old Female Eight in Our Culture

Nadia: I don't know how many people on the planet have had an opportunity to hear any or part of your new book. She says that only richard ror could have written as perfectly as he has about duality and non duality because he's a one on the anyway yeah well tell me what this is why do you think an eight specifically had to write? Nadia: i feel like to me my reactions to things i feel everything in my gut just everything feels like a punch in a gut  and it's like i have to defend myself from that punch in the gut so i do that by immediately reacting to things.
