Do Long Term Compensation Matter?
There was this clearing of dead wood that happened where people got paid and they got out of the way. Now, at least I've been told with much longer vesting periods, you have people who don't want to let go. And then it also becomes a question of how much money is enough. So I'm not sure there's a perfect compensation system. All things considered, though, I think longer term is probably better.
