Transitioning From Anonymous Tweeting to Having Your Face Out There

I think it was easy for me just because I was in private practice. At that point, I had been my own boss pretty much for a couple of years. And so I felt more comfortable shedding my anonymity and putting my face out there. We're still very careful with protecting our children's identities and faces until they're old enough to decide whether they want to put themselves on the internet.
