Batch planning has been a huge benefit for sure. But i'm also thinking about derrick, where i think even if you are just forced to say, ok, i have six eight week cycles in the next year? That seems really useful, just at getting that mind set and like, force yourself to paratise. It's terrifying and useful. Floes andi: I feel there are a number of projects that are going to be like multi week projects that i have been continually kicking down the line. The way i'm working right now does sort of bias me towards bite sized things,. And i can sometimes build a surprising amount of product in a bite sized amount of time.
