Queer Community Building - Is Moderation a Priority?

Community builders who are focused on marginalized groups invest in moderation from day one, says Helloth. If folks don't see themselves represented at an early stage, why would they join that community? And that becomes a no snowball effect overtime. It's not enough to say like, oe're welcoming for everyone. Hop no black developers joined our community. I guess like that's out of my hands. Pri like being pro active in creating programmes, making it a part of every goal.
