The only thing that's going to change here is who sends in the bill right so when i got out of school i had office staff two or three of them sending the bill to the insurance company and then they'd either pay it well first they'd chip away at a bunch of it and not pay you what you charge. Some insurance companies will penalize the patient for seeing an out of network doctor and make them pay a little bit more their bill but there are enough people that like that model as opposed to the way you put it a moment ago which is perfect.
