How to Empower Yourself to Stand Up for Yourself

The goal is to make you feel empowered to stand up for yourself, without making you feel ashamed or embarrassed. Then you sit or stand tall and do a series of practices aimed to help evoke feelings of self compassion while also acknowledging and honoring your anger. When i did this exercise, which is literally to be mindful of the time that your think about or an occurrence riot, what i kept going back to was, when did i feel almost an innocent unawareness of the dangers that came with having my body riot? Ye, and i think i must have been seven. Oh, and that really felt like a loss. You can't regain that time.
