The Importance of Fun in a Meeting

Comedians have to remind themselves a lot as comedians that we're supposed to be having fun, but the day to day is not fun. And so I need to be enjoying it if they're going to enjoy it. On that note, I ran a meeting last week and it was a business meeting, but I'm like, we're going to have fun. The feedback I got afterwards about the meeting was incredible.
