How to Stay Consistent

I felt better about myself mentally and physically I just felt more in control of my own life. The only way to realize that you like to be consistent with something is to start doing it. There are so many people in the world who can tell you to get up and to do these things But if you don't believe that you need to make a change in your life You're never going to do it. Stay consistent can be difficult for me but this year I've been working on reminding myself that just because I take a day off where if I take some time off or if I get bored of it I Can take breaks and it's still going to be there.
