How to Start a Sourdough Start
One of the best things you can also do once you get your sourdough started is quickly start sharing it with everybody around you. So I went and got a copy of my own sourdough start from somebody. You can order them from Azure standard. And even if there's not a drop in your area, you can get things shipped through the mail to you.
