Is Artificial Intelligence an Oxymoron?

There's this three aspects of what we mean by human cognition: perception, planning and prediction. So it's things like natural language processing, computer vision. Then there's basically planning, which has to do with things like predictive analytics. And then there's prediction, which is trying to guess what the next thing is going to happen.
