How to Respect Your Altar

In the same way that you wouldn't just fling your tarot card across the room, you want to make sure that you're keeping up with your altar and that you're treating it as a sacred space. This means that you should, you know, wipe away your old incense dust, keep it tidy. And most importantly, do not put anything on it that doesn't belong like your cell phone, your wallet, your keys, whatever.
