"I always played games growing up. My dad and I, the first game I can remember playing with him was King's Quest 2 when I was six or seven years old," he says. "After college, I pursued a career up to the business side, but really focused on consumer attack." He has worked at McKinsey, T-Mobile and Microsoft before coming to Xbox.
