Daniel Treisman: There is a shift happening as I understand it. We're transitioning to an era where it's very easy and it's very cheap for anyone to do that. So whereas previously it might have been okay to just, you know, regulate, keep an eye on a handful of labs, it's now becoming a much more challenging problem. But from the research that I did, I came to kind of came to the conclusion that blockchains don't make this problem any worse.Treisman: Which led me to think that the level at which we're going to need to tackle this for the time being was super interesting.
