How Do You Implement a Gracious Practice?
A lot of people write down things that they're grateful for, you know, the weather or hat a really nice dinner, or something like that. But it can become rote really quickly and there's no punch in being grateful if you don't focus on what is good about your life. I will be grateful for a dinner with a friend on a certain day, and the'll be grateful fora dinner with a different friend on different days. It was for me when i wasn't allowed to repeat myself. And if you do that, oftentimes you actually will feel grateful.
