Does a Ward Work Without Women?

Many church curriculum, anuals and even just popular history focus on what the men are doing. We have to think about the earthy, the social, the stuff that's going on that makes a religion work. So for instance, does a ward work without women? The answer is no. And before we share some of these experiences, it's important to remember that female ritual or the rituals that women participate in, are often not seen as official or as impressive as male led, male led rituals are.
