How Does Stress Affect Recall?
When people are stressed, they certainly perform worse on memory tests. If we artificially give people quarter zone again, we really impair their ability to recall aspects. But interestingly, it doesn't really have an effect on recognition. So that's the length of an exam anyway if you're talking in secondary if you're not talking about getting your heart rate down and bringing cortisol levels back to zero. You can do much more than even a double-lance lesson or even a parlance course could help students cope with stress.
