I'd say that sort of our communication towards the manager and towards n staff is really am open and honest. You knot like m if we do a dril, if we do and coror whatever, a one personal hundred pr cent challenge. I think tes there's definitely different coaches and different em you donno mean, like, some people might not stand for that. So under joe and under yonus, we do have like a quit, a two way dialogue. It is very much collaborative in terms of tactics. And i just think we are a lot more in tone with thats than i think we expect it of them as well. We're very inquisitive.
