Ashley: Most people that I know have current help wanted ads out and circulating, even if they have a full team. When you find kind of a level 10 person, whether that's through a chart by or transition transitional merger or acquisition, we make room for them. We do everything we can to put those people on the bus because they're such a rare commodity. What you do really well in one location is really dependent upon your hands, your head, and your ability to control those four walls. The things that got you to be successful in your practice might not yield the same level of success across multiple locations.
