Davidson: I'm always a little distrustful of exciting scientific data submitted by laboratories where one of the principal investigators has a commercial stake. "I want to reserve judgment until I see some data reproduced by someone that doesn't own a company selling senolytic drugs," he says. The only data that the ITP has done, somebody said test NR, which is nictinamide riboside. It had no effect on mouse lifespan, but NMN might have worked or some other agent that interferes with the breakdown of nict inamide compounds.
