Are You Taking Ownership of the Situation?

I think I would maybe, maybe tweak that into just a slight degree and say it's not necessarily your fault, but it is your responsibility to do something with it. Because fault, at least to me is more of a, what I did directly led to the result. This may be an indirect result of what I've done. But if you do, it gives you more options going forward. Is that a fair way to say it? Yep. That's right. It's not looking back and projecting blame on what broke.
