What Is a Representation and a Warrant?
A purchase agreement has what's called a representation and a warranty. If you discover something after buying the team that we didn't tell you or show you, you can come back to us for money. When you are negotiating epresent representations and warrantees, you actually negotiate a cap on your liability. And in any negotiation, when you have the leverage, you're going to be the winner. i don't see the angels doing anything with otani whatsoever.
