I like to start all engagements with a six week assessment essentially. So I think it's really important where things are at before they make a commitment into a long-term engagement. And then we help coach them through that process and help them uncover additional friction points and gaps, correct the problem as much as we can. We don't force people to go with our partners. We give them options and we just tell them, here's the pros and cons of each option.
