How to Survive a Downturn

It comes down to two things that I, that I believe. Number one is the quality of that CEO. He or she makes or breaks it and they deserve everything that they get because they suffered through so much to get through it. And unpopular opinion, it's an execution game. It's about how quickly are you getting it done, making decisions, even if they're bad, recovering from them. That's the piece. Every once in a while, I talk to medium sized startups and I'm like, why are you not running aggressively? Because it like just design exercise you're doing that's taking two months. This is a afternoon like, um, you gotta go really quick.
