The Solution to an Issue Is Almost Always in the Room

I'm now more convinced that ever and I write this in the little ebook, decide that I believe the answer is almost always in the room. The default with a lot of teams on the front end is that, okay, here's our problem. Who do we go to? Who's the expert that's going to solve this for us? And my response is always, so we aren't that good. So the beauty is it's teaching them and showing them that they have the answer. They just have to build the muscle to let it fly.
