How Dare You Take a Tangent?
I've never worked somewhere that had a structure enough process to give, to give feedback that wasn't dependent on the people in the interview process till i go out of their way and write it up. I mean, unless chris is like an absolute industry super star, yo, probably didn't interview the head of engineering, yes, of google. There's just a gut feeling that people don't need to articulate beyond like, did you want to hire this person? No, did you no? Likeand there's no debate, so they don't really dive into it more. Yes, i i will never ever interview that way again. Just personal preference.
