The Unicorn Paradigm

I don't know what is the best way to work together I think and for me in my experience it was very nice always in my collaboration with legal experts but also its philosophers is that everyone was coming into this discussion these meetings without feeling that he or she is the only expert right. It takes a lot of time to establish this common vocabulary and understanding and appreciating  what everyone is doing right so I think appreciation is also very important in the sense that we need all the disciplines right if I come with attitude yes I can solve this problem as a I can implement the solution and I don't need you I think it will never work right one.
