How to Choose the Right Projects for Full-Time Development
Every single project that we offer as a managed service, we want to have people who contribute to those projects regularly and basically as their full-time job. How do you decide which projects are worthy of full-time development? You can go into what's my main project at my company and then go dependency-wise and try to pick the first ones. And I even it's trivial because we offer open source projects as a service. So guess what? We need to work on Kafka. We offer Cassandra as a service;We need to working on Cassandra. That's what we do.
