The Role of Diet in Cardiovascular Risk
The Hooper paper shows that cardiovascular events really drops off at less than around 9% of energy. People have said, well, and this was a requested analysis by the WHO, I think they stated that in their methods, it does kind of relatively uphold current guidelines for, say, less than 10%. But the methodology that they did, and it's not a very well constructed graph, because what they essentially did was compared at each percentage over or under. And so although I think broadly speaking, they have derived something that it kind of is representative of the overall evidence, at the same time, the kind of methodology isn't perfect.
