The Reverse Virtual Concept of Spec
The spec thing has become kind of like I feel like it's cooled off and in some ways it's like a dirty word but the reverse virtual concept isn't new like people have done this forever. It's just got a little too hot a little quickly a couple years back. Yeah you know there's also you'll be on the spec kind of that idea of where you find a company that had gone out on the market but they've kind of kind of died and you merge with them and it becomes something totally different.
