The only thing that we can guarantee about this life is that it's going to change. Nothing on this plane lasts forever, even the things that we look at as so solid are changing right now. We have to begin to gain a certain level of mastery of self in the present moment to create that sense of stability within. And gratitude, not just like writing down, I'm grateful for this, but actually allowing yourself to feel it, to experience it.
