The Importance of Being Vulnerable
I'm working on a book that's going to come out probably mid late 2023 about vulnerability, specifically for leaders. So can you talk a little bit about your experiences with vulnerability? Was this something that you had to do? Any stories around being vulnerable with your team or your company that you can share and maybe what the impact of that was for you? Yeah. I think as you grow up, you get, I'm not perfect sitting here today. I'm never going to be even remotely perfect. You start to just realize that actually I'd rather be with a bunch of people who know they're not perfect and are a great work in progress.
