Make Cosmetic Changes Instead of Cultural Changes
How many of you have the real experience of being at an organization or a company, or going to a store did not match the ad of the company? How many of you know what that's like? Happens to me almost daily were i'll be doing something or being somewhere, and i'll say, wait a minute. I've seen their t b commercials. I've heard their radio at can i tell you something? These two people should have a meeting. They ought to introduce themselves. It would be nicest if showed their employees the ad, to just give em a picture of what it should look like.
