This week, we're talking about something which affects almost all of us. And that is the way in which society just isn't set up for us and how we face different forms of ableism day in and day out. We had a special with the amazing dawn and law of maybe HD is females to talk about how you can share your experience of ADHD. The three parts as usual include evidence based psycho education about ableism and ADHD delivered pathetically by Alex, a psycho education monkey. Our personal reflections on the subject and then our third and final bit will be spunk trumpeting on how to deal with the issue before I carry on.
