The Importance of Using Google's 4.0 Framework

There really is a big jump between 3.5 and 4 that if you played around with it or looked into it back when it came on my radar, I think when it was GPT 3.5. So even if it gets pretty intelligent, it's not going to have any means of becoming smart right now. The distinction I'm making between intelligence and your ability to learn? To me, smart means you know a bunch of stuff,. whereas we won't teach it how to code yet because we're the ones who will be in charge of programming it.
