The Church of England - Is There a Church in England?
The book is about Henry VIII and his attempts to break up the Church of England. The author says he was inspired by Thomas Cranmer, a high-ranking church figure who helped him get what he wanted. He also points out that there are other factors at play in this story as well: There's the divorce thing generally because Henry doesn't have a son. And so anyway, long story short, he is not allowed to have a divorce.
