Ralph is currently working on an advent devotional that's going to teach the basics of sour dough bread baking. So if you didn't learn sour dough during the pandemic, don't worry. There's still an opportunity to learn about sour dough and also frame bread baking as a spiritual practice. i've got a nice sour dough pets o do, sourdo wafles. We'll see if my british audience approves of that one.
