The Book of Ruth Is a Commodification of the Gospel

The biblical narrative, the biblical rat narrative, is raded as a means of finding spiritual morals for a personal life. The gospel screams that you can't live helen wealthy in this context. As the horizon of life is narrowed to our fulfilment, scripture becomes a commodity to support this process. Commodification is the reduction of our horizons to the consumption of good experiences. And that can only be counted by an alternative imagination, which is an eschatological imagination. Eschatology tells us that god's future has become as entered into this present. That's what eschatology is. It's not about time lines and it's not about what happens when we die. For
