Is the Evolution of Culture a Very Special Case?

This is a narrow view for following. We understand fancto darwin and all its his posterity, biological evolution better than we understand any other evolutionary phenomenae. Teories are models arcasta desi. It's a fantastic araa of es. And the temptation to use them and apply them to the evolution of culture is a very reasonable one. If indeed the same models and so on, with modification, could be applied quite successfully to the cultural case. But my view is thati there is some success, but than people think. The principal reason why it's not as successful as they might want it to be.
