Grammar is back again in the old fashioned way. In schools, kids are being examined again for their ability to recognize parts of speech and do sentence passing. One positive thing for learners of English is that you probably know more about grammar than the average native English speaker. You should probably feel quite good about that as well, that you've probably got more meta language to talk about grammar of English.
