Incentives are important, right? Understanding what are the incentives of people and entities are really important. All our mentors are required to invest into our fund. Sometimes it's a small amount like a 5K or whatever, then it aligns incentives. New Zealand has wonderful business leaders. People who have been so successful in services, in property, et cetera. But if you're building a high growth product and tech company, ask someone who has done that and be very wary of it.
