Doth: The more I reflectively practice, the more flippant tired I am of everything. Because it takes a lot of cognizing to do. So from your experience with someone with higher expertise in I suppose reflective practice, does it get easier? Does it become less effortful? Doth: It's where the repeated nature of practice helps you develop those skills through time. You can't just do something once and yeah now I remembered it,.
