Vision Casting - What Is Needed to Transfer a Vision?
There's a right time to cast the vision. There's a wrong time. A good vision with the wrong time will fail, not because it wasn't a good vision, but because we didn't understand the timing. The success of a vision almost always is based upon the buy-in of the leaders who are willing to put their name by the bottom line number. If employees aren't clearly defined goals and its game plan, these goals won't be achieved.
